Job description


As an LMS Architect, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the architecture of the Learning Management System (LMS) within SAP SuccessFactors. This position is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of LMS processes, collaborating closely with Designers and The Training Center. Your primary responsibilities include configuring training paths, testing configurations in the test environment, providing guidance on utilizing new features, and integrating training paths into the LMS following defined guidelines.


Responsibilities

Collaborate with Designers and Training Center to develop LMS configurations for new training paths, offering guidance on potential LMS features and ensuring configurations are kept simple. Develop new and simplified LMS configurations for complex training paths, coordinating with reporting specialists to ensure alignment with reporting requirements. Support the Training Center in resolving technical user issues within the LMS, escalating unresolved issues to Level support via Jira tickets. Follow up on Jira tickets and communicate solutions within the team. Create and update documentation, including Work Instructions and Quick Guides, based on activities related to LMS configurations and issue resolution. Liaise with stakeholders (Designers, Training Center, colleague-Architects) to transfer knowledge about new and unused LMS features, emphasizing user experience and simplification.

Must-Have requirements

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with proven ability to collaborate with businesses and external partners and build trusting relationships. More than years of experience in configuring and using LMS SAP SuccessFactors as a Configuration Consultant, possessing knowledge of Items, Curriculum, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Exams, and underlying logic. Preferably certified in LMS SAP SuccessFactors (Learning). Passionate analyst with a focus on satisfying internal customers.

Additional requirements

Strong documentation skills, able to write and explain qualitative guidelines and instructions. Willingness to challenge business requirements with the aim of simplifying LMS processes.
